The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a powerful tool that we use across our clinic network as a vehicle for client feedback. It’s fantastic to see clinics putting this feedback into action, like our Essendon Clinic who recently took some suggestions about their waiting room to make pets and pet parents more comfortable.
