Today our NVC Centre of Excellence hosted another successful AVBA Mastermind Breakfast. Today’s event focused on how to improve your customer service and customer loyalty, presented by the NVC Marketing Manager, Paula Sadler. It was great to see a mix of NVC and external vet professionals at today's event.
